When a record is billable

A record is billable when Qualifia confirms an exact or linked learner match and returns at least one qualification result. A possible match you accept must meet the same rule. You pay once for that applicant record, not for each qualification.

What is not charged

No-match, restricted, failed and matched records with no qualification results are not charged. Your total is shown before checkout.

Downloads become available once payment is confirmed. Existing batches keep their original recorded price.
