You pay for successful qualification evidence, not for every row submitted. Qualifia calculates the billable total after processing and shows it before checkout.

When a record is billable

The initial £1 unit price applies only when Qualifia finds an exact or linked learner match and returns at least one learning event for the submitted applicant.

What is not charged

No matches, restricted results, failed records and matched learners with no returned learning events are not billable. The complete total is fixed before you enter checkout.

Downloads are released only after signed payment confirmation is received. A browser redirect alone never changes the payment status.
