Qualification intelligence is the process of finding, reviewing and structuring qualification information across a population, rather than validating one declared claim at a time. It gives organisations evidence they can use at both individual-record and cohort level.
Yes. Qualifia accepts structured applicant files, maps the demographic and customer fields required and processes the records as a controlled batch. Users can leave the page while processing continues and return when results are ready.
Matched qualification records can include title, subject, level, grade and completion date where available. Outputs also retain submitted demographics, ULNs and selected customer references so results can be connected to the source population.
Yes. Qualifia presents a privacy-conscious sample of up to three qualification-bearing records before payment. ULNs are masked, submitted demographics are omitted and the complete dataset remains unavailable until payment is confirmed.
Results can be downloaded as CSV or XLSX with one qualification per row, or JSON with one applicant object containing a qualifications array. The user chooses the structure before checkout.
Qualifia uses organisation roles, controlled invitations, multi-factor authentication, encrypted credentials, tenant boundaries, masked previews, privacy-safe operational logging, signed payment webhooks and automatic deletion after defined retention periods.
MATCHING AND REVIEW
Users can compare submitted demographics with the returned evidence, identify the discrepant fields and accept appropriate records individually or in a batch. The decision is retained in the linked correction history.
Users can review or accept no-match outcomes without repeating each decision individually. They are not charged for records that did not produce usable qualification data.
Qualifia retries eligible transient failures automatically. Authorised administrators or Superusers can retry remaining eligible records without exposing raw response content or applicant payloads in the operations view.
