First-pass timing

From the start of processing until every submitted record reaches its first outcome. Later retries do not change this timing.

Total billable percentage

The percentage of submitted records with at least one billable qualification result. Each submitted record counts once, including results from accepted matches, corrections and retries.

No personal data

Only combined counts and timings are published. Figures stay hidden until the sample meets the privacy threshold.
